Our Process

Landscape design plan showing residence with lawn, outdoor dining, fire pit, and garden areas.

Step 1: Consultation

Every project begins with a consultation at your property to understand your goals, evaluate the site, discuss budget considerations, and determine the scope of work.

Step 2: Site Analysis

Darren reviews the property’s architecture, grading, drainage, sun exposure, soil conditions, existing plant material, irrigation needs, and overall design opportunities.

Step 3: Custom Design

A custom landscape plan is drafted by hand. Depending on the scope of the project, the design process typically takes one to three weeks.

Step 4: Proposal & Installation

Once the design is reviewed and approved, plants and materials are ordered, the project is scheduled, and our team brings the plan to life with Darren personally overseeing the work.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Care

At completion, we walk through the finished project with you and discuss watering, fertilization, irrigation, plant care, and ongoing maintenance so your landscape can mature beautifully.

Serving Nashville, Green Hills, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Davidson County, Williamson County, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.
